Lavatur becomes part of Danish family-owned laundry group Nortec

Lavatur has entered a new chapter as the company becomes part of the Danish, family-owned laundry group Nortec. The transaction took effect on 18 December 2025 and marks a natural next step built on shared values, a strong service culture, and respect for local markets.

The partnership marks an important milestone for Lavatur and creates a strong foundation for the future. Together, Lavatur and Nortec form Europe’s second-largest provider of professional laundry solutions, combining local expertise with a broader European reach.

At the same time, the partnership does not change Lavatur’s day-to-day operations. The company will continue to operate with the same management team, employees, customers, partners, and service setup as today, and all existing agreements, contact points, and collaborations remain unchanged.
